Finding a matching donor is the first step to ensuring that a patient survives their disease. The goal is to find a donor who matches the patient’s ethnic background.

Unfortunately, most ethnic minorities are underrepresented on the national registry.

You can help save lives by hosting a bone marrow drive. At the drive, you will recruit potential blood stem cell donors by asking them to include themselves on the registry. The more donors who are added to the registry, the greater chance of finding a life-saving match.

We will help you with strategies and direction on hosting a successful donor drive. We will connect you with Be the Match to obtain a personal code and request promotional materials like signage and supplies.
